Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30565 - Payment of fees
Rule 565. Section 108.1 of the code is amended as follows:
108.1 Payment of fees. The
fees prescribed by the act shall be paid to the enforcing agency of the
jurisdiction before a permit to begin work may be issued. In addition, an
amendment to a permit necessitating an additional fee shall not be approved
until the additional fee has been paid.
