Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30572 - Stop work order
Rule 572. Section 114.2 of the code is amended as follows:
114.2. Issuance. Notice shall
be in accordance with the act. A person who is served with a stop work order,
except for work that the person is directed to perform to remove a violation or
unsafe condition, is subject to the penalty provisions prescribed in the
act.
