Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30758b - Water supply
Rule 758b Section 411.3 is added to the code to read as follows:
411.3. Water supply.
Where hot and cold water are supplied to an emergency shower or eyewash
station, the temperature of the water supply shall only be controlled by
temperature-actuated mixing value complying with ASSE 1071. Where water is
supplied directly to an emergency shower or eyewash station from a water
heater, the water heater shall comply with ASSE 1085, See section
607.1.2.
