Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.7079 - Rated load safety test
Rule 79. Section 26.4.8 of the ANSI A10.4 standard is amended to read as follows:
26.4.8 A
rated load safety test, as required by section
26.2.1.1 of the ANSI A10.4
standard, must be performed by a licensed elevator contractor in the presence
of a general elevator inspector every 90 days. Periodic inspections may be
conducted every 30 days and the appropriate fees assessed at the discretion of
the department.
