Rule 89.
(1) If
an upper landing side entrance door is provided, then the entrance shall be not
less than 6 1/2 feet in height.
(2)
The top of the hoistway shall be provided with an overlapping, self-locking
hinged cover designed to lock the closed side entrance door when the lift
station is unoccupied.
