Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1048 - Renewal of licenses
Rule 48.
(1) A
license, and any permits or approvals, shall be renewed each year by April 30
following the date of issuance.
(2)
The licensee has a continuing duty to provide the commission with up-to-date
contact information and must notify the commission in writing of any changes to
its mailing address, phone numbers, electronic mail address, and other contact
information it provides the commission.
