Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1251 - Special permits for hospitals and institutions
Rule 1. The commission may issue special permits to hospitals, charitable institutions, and military establishments within the state for the purchase of spirits for their own use from a designated state liquor store at a discount of 24% from the retail prices established by the commission.
