Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1421 - Sample bottles or cans; sale prohibited; removal from premises
Rule 21.
(1) An
on-premises licensee shall not sell or give away the contents of a sample
bottle or can.
(2) An on-premises
licensee shall remove sample bottles or cans from the licensed premises within
24 hours of their receipt.
