Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1735 - Prohibited acts
Rule 35.
(1) A
licensee shall not fail, neglect, or refuse to submit a report required by
these rules or submit a false or incomplete report required by these rules. A
licensee shall not refuse to permit a commission representative to examine the
wine books, records, invoices, or other papers kept by the licensee in regard
to the licensed business.
(2) A
licensee shall not falsely label a container in which wine is placed for sale,
use or give a false or fictitious address in an application or form required by
these rules, or otherwise make a material misrepresentation in an application,
record, or report.
(3) A licensee
shall not engage in tied-in sales of beer, wine, or beer and wine.
(4) Bottled wine or wine containers shall not
be returned to a wholesaler or manufacturer, except as provided by written
order of the commission.
