Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1927 - Filing of papers
Rule 27.
(1) All
documents and papers pertaining to a hearing or appeal hearing shall be filed
at the Lansing office of the commission.
(2) The presiding commissioner may allow
papers to be filed at a hearing or appeal hearing.
