Minn. R. 4659.0010 - APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE
This chapter establishes the criteria and procedures for regulating assisted living facilities and assisted living facilities with dementia care and must be read in conjunction with Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144G. The licensee is legally responsible for ensuring compliance by the licensees facility, and any individual or entity acting on its behalf, with this chapter and Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144G.
