Minn. R. agency 158, ch. 6240, MIGRATORY WATERFOWL, pt. 6240.0550 - GENERAL RESTRICTIONS FOR TAKING MIGRATORY WATERFOWL
A person may not take ducks, mergansers, geese, coots, or moorhens (gallinules) on any lands or waters within the state while possessing shotshells loaded with shot other than:
A. steel shot;
B. copper-plated, nickel-plated, or
zinc-plated steel shot; or
C. shot
made of other nontoxic material approved by the director of the United States
Fish and Wildlife Service.
