Minn. R., Part 6234.2900 - PELTING FEE RESTRICTIONS
The provisions in items A and B apply to the payment of pelting fees.
A. A person must provide
the pelt and carcass to the commissioner at the earliest opportunity.
B. Claims for pelting fees must be submitted
on forms provided by the commissioner. Claims will not be paid until the
commissioner has certified that the claimant has used due care in recovering,
treating, preserving, and transporting the pelt to maintain its
value.
