1 Miss. Code. R. 10-8.2 - Voter Identification for Unverified Voters
On election day, poll workers must require unverified voters to present one of the following forms of identification:
1. A current and valid photo identification;
or
2. A copy of a current utility
bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document
that shows the name and address of the voter.
Unverified voters who do not present identification as required under HAVA may cast an affidavit (provisional) ballot.
