13 Miss. Code. R. 2-8.3 - Commission Review Of Stop Orders
If a stop order is issued by the Executive Director pursuant to the provisions of this regulation, the Commission shall, upon request of the person that is the subject of the order, conduct a hearing on the merits of the matter no later than its next regular meeting for which notice of the hearing pursuant to Mississippi Law is practicable.
