13 Miss. Code. R. § 3-6.11 - Surveillance System Plans; Alterations To Surveillance System
(a) Every applicant for a gaming license
shall submit to the Executive Director, a surveillance system plan no later
than ninety (90) days prior to the start of gaming operations, and shall comply
with the requirements set forth in this regulation no later than seven (7) days
prior to the start of gaming operations.
(b) The surveillance system plan must include
a casino floor plan that shows the placement of all surveillance equipment in
relation to the locations required by this regulation to be covered, and a
detailed description of the casino surveillance system and its equipment. In
addition, the plan may include other information that evidences compliance with
this regulation by the applicant.
(c) Every licensee shall submit, prior to
implementation, to the Executive Director for approval, any proposed reduction
to its surveillance system in any area required by this regulation. (Adopted:
