15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-1.39.6 - Employee Toilet Facilities
Toilet facilities shall be provided for employees. Toilet rooms shall not open directly into any room in which food is prepared, stored, displayed, or served, nor into any room in which utensils are washed or stored. Toilet rooms shall have a lavatory and shall be well lighted and ventilated.
