The State Board of Health established and empowered by Section 41-3-1 et seq. of Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated, is authorized to establish and enforce these rules and procedures by virtue of "Mississippi Occupational Therapy Practice Law," Sections 73-24-1, et seq. of Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated.
