40 Miss. Code. R. 2-4.3 - PRIVATE LANDS DOVE FIELD PROGRAM RULES AND REGULATIONS

Public Notice W 3759 is hereby amended.

A. Hunting is allowed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays after 12:00 PM, during the first two dove seasons only.
B. Hunters must hunt from a designated stand on the first two hunting days of the first dove season. A hunter's permit number will be their stand number for these two days. Hunters may be able to hunt from any designated stand location on a first-come-first-serve basis beginning on the third hunting day of the first season.
C. No more than two shooters per stand, of which only one may be an adult. Two youths may hunt from one stand, but only under the direct supervision of a licensed adult at least 21 years of age who is not hunting. One limit of doves is allowed per hunter per day.
D. Any hunter under 16 years of age is considered a youth and must be under the direct supervision of a licensed adult at least 21 years of age.
E. A child at least 12 years of age and under 16 years of age must have a certificate of satisfactory completion of a hunter education course approved by the department before hunting.
F. No littering. All spent shotgun hulls must be picked up and removed.
G. ATV's/ORV's may only be used on designated trails.
H. Vehicle parking will be in designated areas only.
I. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
J. All State and Federal laws will be enforced.
K. Any unsafe act or violation of any of these rules and regulations may lead to loss of hunting privileges on any MDWFP Private Lands Dove Field Program field.
