Public Notice W1 3716 is hereby amended.

A. Participants in the Arkabutla Lake Physically Challenged Deer Hunt may use modern firearms, as per Corps of Engineers regulations, for deer hunting during the month of December.

B. Legal bucks for this special hunt are defined as any deer with antlers visible above the natural hairline.
