Introduction. The following terms shall have the respective meanings provided in these rules, Terms not defined in these rules, which are defined in the UCC, shall have the respective meanings accorded such terms in the UCC. Notwithstanding any of the preceding, the definitions applicable to section 604 of these rules shall follow the terms defined in ยง 1324 of the Food Security Act of 1985, P.L. 99498, and shall mean the same except as otherwise specified.
