Mont. Admin. R. 20.27.103 - LOCATION OF PRIVATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES IN PROXIMITY TO SCHOOLS
(1) The closest property boundary of the
private correctional facility must be at least one air mile from the closest
property boundary of a public or nonpublic school.
