Mont. Admin. R. 37.51.209 - YOUTH FOSTER HOMES: DUAL LICENSE
(1) If an applicant
for a foster home or kinship foster home is a licensed or registered day care
provider, or if a licensee wishes to become a licensed or registered day care
provider, their application must be approved by the licensing bureau chief or
designee and the designee for the Early Childhood and Family Support
Division-Child Care Licensing.
