Mont. Admin. R. 37.80.208 - CARE PROVIDED IN THE CHILD'S HOME
(1) Child
care assistance paid for care provided in a child's home must be approved by
the department's Early Childhood Services Bureau.
(2) Subsidized care provided in a child's
home can only be paid to approved Family, Friend, and Neighbor and relative
care providers.
(3) One of the
following criteria must be met to receive payment for subsidized care in a
child's home:
(a) a child approved as a child
with disabilities or a child with special needs;
(b) a child of a teen parent; or
(c) a child whose parent works
non-traditional hours.
