Mont. Admin. R. 37.86.701 - AUDIOLOGY SERVICES, PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS
(1) These requirements are in addition to
those contained in rule provisions generally applicable to Medicaid
providers.
(2) Audiology service
providers, as a condition of participation in the Montana Medicaid program,
must:
(a) maintain a current audiology
license issued by the Montana Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and
Audiologists, or, if the provider is serving recipients outside the state of
Montana, maintain a current license in the equivalent category under the laws
of the state in which the services are provided;
(b) enter into and maintain a current
provider enrollment form under the provisions of ARM
37.85.402 with the department's
fiscal agent to provide audiology services.
