Mont. Admin. r. 20.7.503 - DETERMINATION OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
(1) The department
must determine that within the jurisdiction being considered, there are
available to the offenders:
(a) appropriate
mental health and substance abuse treatment disorder services;
(b) adequate job opportunities;
(c) opportunities for basic education, high
school equivalency education, technical training, and post secondary education;
and
(d) opportunities for volunteer
and community service.
