1.12.1 The fee
schedule and methods of payment will be set by the Board.
1.12.2 All fees are non-refundable. However,
fees initially paid to the Board by an applicant for a specific application,
but not used for that specific application, may be used as a credit for a
different application fee during the same fiscal year at the applicant's
discretion.
