128 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 066 - Hazardous waste management
"Hazardous waste management" means the systematic control of the collection, source separation, storage, transportation, processing, treatment, recovery, and disposal of hazardous waste.
066.01 Uses controlled flame combustion and neither meets the criteria for classification as a boiler, sludge dryer, or carbon regeneration unit, nor is listed as an industrial furnace; or
066.02 Meets the definition of infrared incinerator or plasma arc incinerator.
