210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 24, § 010 - Subsidiaries of domestic insurers
The authority to invest in subsidiaries under § 44-2122 and § 44-2123, is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
