001.01 General
These rules and regulations govern administrative policies as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat., Section 75-104, Laws of 1994.

Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

Commission: Nebraska Public Service Commission.
001.02B
In the Line of
Duty: Attendance at meetings and hearings which relates to the
business of the Commission.
001.02C
Residence: The domicile maintained in the district
which the Commissioner is elected to represent.
001.02D
Travel:
Travel to and from a Commissioner's residence to the Commission
office.
