405 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 2, § 001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY
These regulations govern assessments levied against nursing facilities and skilled nursing facilities. The regulations implement provisions of the Nursing Facility Quality Assurance Assessment Act as set forth in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 68-1901 to 68-1930.
