93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 10, § 002 - Special Performance Appraisal
A special performance appraisal may be submitted whenever the supervisor desires to record instances of performance worthy of recognition, either favorable or unfavorable. Reasons for submission of a special performance appraisal will be explained in the comments section of the appraisal.
