Nev. Admin. Code § 180.Sec. 14 - NEW
1. After receiving a declaratory order or
advisory opinion from a deputy director concerning the applicability or
interpretation of a statute, regulation or decision of the Department, the
petitioner may request that the Executive Director review the
decision.
2. A request made
pursuant to subsection 1 must:
(a) Be in
writing;
(b) Contain the
information required by subsection 3 of section 12 of this regulation;
and
(c) Be filed with the Executive
Director not later than 30 days after the date the declaratory order or
advisory opinion is issued.
3. The Executive Director shall review any
request made pursuant to subsection 1 in accordance with the provisions of
section 13 of this regulation.
