Nev. Admin. Code § 232.Sec. 18 - NEW
"Recreational facility" means a facility for the use and enjoyment of a recreational area or trail that provides an opportunity for the observation, interpretation, outdoor recreation or enjoyment of natural, historic or cultural resources.
