Nev. Admin. Code § 232.Sec. 21 - NEW
"Sensitive or unique vegetation" means any:
1. Native species, cluster of native species
or type of habitat that contains a rare, threatened or endangered native plant
species designated by an appropriate federal or state agency;
2. Species of plant or network of vegetation
that has characteristics that have been identified as worthy of special
consideration; or
3. Species of
plant or network of vegetation that is highly restricted in distribution or
that occurs only in a specialized habitat or supports another rare, threatened
or endangered species.
