Nev. Admin. Code § 232.Sec. 24 - NEW
"Truckee River corridor" includes, without limitation, the 100-year floodplain of the Truckee River, the land adjacent to the 100-year floodplain of the Truckee River, sloughs or ponds of the Truckee River, old meanders and oxbows of the Truckee River and any tributary of the Truckee River within the recognized hydrographic basins of the Truckee River.
