Nev. Admin. Code § 240A.Sec. 13 - NEW
The hearing officer may grant a continuance:
1. Before a hearing, if
the respondent demonstrates an inability to prepare for the hearing in a timely
manner.
2. Before or during a
hearing, if any party demonstrates the need for additional time for submission
of further or additional proof on any subject.
