Nev. Admin. Code § 281A.101 - "Sufficient evidence to support the allegations in an ethics complaint" defined

"Sufficient evidence to support the allegations in an ethics complaint" means any reliable and competent form of proof, including, without limitation, statements of witnesses, public or private records, audio or visual recordings, documents, exhibits, concrete objects or another form of proof, that supports a reasonable belief in the truth of the allegations made in the ethics complaint.
