Nev. Admin. Code § 286.110 - Monthly reports: Retroactive adjustment
An employer must submit retroactive adjustments to a monthly report in a separate report and must indicate the month to which the adjustment is applicable. An employer may submit minor corrections by a letter which certifies the corrections.
