Nev. Admin. Code § 286.200 - Purchase of service: Cost for employees other than police officers and firefighters

1. The cost of purchasing service will be calculated by multiplying the percentage corresponding to the age of the member at the time of the purchase by his or her average compensation at the time of the purchase. The percentages for regular members are:

2. The percentages listed in subsection 1 apply even if service is purchased when the employee retires.
