Nev. Admin. Code § 286.330 - Suspension of disability retirement allowance
The Executive Officer shall suspend the disability retirement allowance of any retired employee with a disability who fails by May 1 of any year to provide the System a copy of his or her income tax return and withholding statement for the preceding year.
