Nev. Admin. Code § 288.277 - Location
1. Hearings may be held at any location in
the State that the Board designates in the notice of the hearing. To the extent
possible, hearings will be held in the geographical area which is affected by
the proceeding.
2. Hearings may be
conducted by video conference.
3.
Notice of a hearing must set forth:
(a) The
date, time and place of the hearing; and
(b) Whether the hearing will be conducted in
person or by video conference.
