Nev. Admin. Code § 288.285 - Failure of party to appear

If a petitioner, complainant, respondent or intervener fails, without good cause, to appear at the time and place set for hearing, the Board may impose any of the sanctions set forth in NAC 288.373 and may grant or, in the alternative, dismiss the petition or complaint, with or without prejudice, or may recess the hearing to a future date to be set by the Board to enable the petitioner, complainant, respondent or intervener to attend.
