Nev. Admin. Code § 288.328 - Admission of evidence into record

The presiding officer will rule on the admissibility of all evidence subject to the provisions of NAC 288.324 and 288.326. At the conclusion of the hearing, all evidence will be received into the record subject to the rulings of the presiding officer on evidence to which timely objection was made.
