Nev. Admin. Code § 293.435 - Mailing of application for registration to county clerk
1. An applicant who is registering to vote or
his or her assistant, who is acting in accordance with subsection 2 of NAC
293.440, shall pay any postage required to return the application to the county
clerk, unless the application is preprinted with the address of the county
clerk of the county in which the applicant resides and the application provides
for postage paid return of such application.
2. If the application is postage paid and
preprinted with the address of a county clerk of a county that is not the
county in which the applicant resides, the applicant or his or her assistant,
who is acting in accordance with subsection 2 of NAC 293.440, shall correct the
address of the county clerk and pay any postage required to return the
application to the county in which the applicant resides.
