Nev. Admin. Code § 293B.105 - Prohibition on installing software on mechanical voting system, unless required or approved by Secretary of State
A county clerk or city clerk shall not install any software on a mechanical voting system, or component thereof, unless the Secretary of State has approved or required the installation of the software.
