Nev. Admin. Code § 356.050 - "File transfer protocol" defined
"File transfer protocol" means the communications protocol approved by the State Treasurer governing the transfer of files from the computer of a public depositor, depository or third-party depository to a computer at the Office of the State Treasurer over a network.
