Nev. Admin. Code § 381.Sec. 10 - NEW

"Tribal Historic Preservation Officer" means the tribal preservation official who is designated by the Indian tribe pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act, 54 U.S.C. §§ 300101 et seq., to work on issues related to the historic preservation of items or sites relating to the Indian tribe, including, without limitation, prehistoric Indian burial sites.
