Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.006 - "All-star team" defined
"All-star team" means a team consisting entirely or partially of outstanding players in a sanctioned sport who are selected from among two or more schools to participate in the sanctioned sport, regardless of:
1. The manner in which the players are
selected; or
2. The group or area
the team represents.
