Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.016 - "Complaint" defined
"Complaint" means a charge filed with the Association by the principal of a school or any other person alleging that a school or a pupil, coach, administrator, faculty member or other representative of the school, or a sports official, has violated a provision of this chapter.
